Temporary Job Description: Philosophy/Comparative Literary Studies/Critical Theory is in need of a temporary Program Assistant to help provide cover while our current PA is on leave. This temp will likely be helping with end-of-year projects like collecting information for the program newsletters, updating websites, and assisting with other office tasks, as assigned. If the temp is experienced at all with Northwestern financial processes, they might also assist in preparing expense reports to be entered. Attention to detail, communication skills, and Microsoft office expertise is preferred. Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience; Strong writing skills; High level of organizational skills and attention to detail; Diligent and can work independently; Experience working with confidential information; Professionalism; Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
