Job Title: Real Time Communications Subject Matter Expert

The End User Computing (EUC) Collaboration & Devices SRE team provides the 2nd/3rd line support for the Bank's end-user production services. The team is responsible for the end-to-end product ownership, service design, support for client and server issues, investigating service-related Incidents for full Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA) and remediation of eDiscovery compliance issues. The Real Time Communications Subject Matter Expert (SME) will work as part of the Real Time Communications SRE team providing 3rd line support for our Real Time communications platforms and related RTC applications and system as well as supporting technologies including compliance capture, integration with our telephony and video conferencing backbones.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • The troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the Real Time Communications platforms, supporting services and dependencies
  • Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels
  • Performing disaster recovery testing on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels
  • Patching, maintenance, and remediation on the Real Time Communications platforms and supporting services
  • Providing efficient, effective, and timely support to compliance and legal on surveillance activities, data discovery requests, and investigations
  • Ensuring production installations of the platforms and additional components are compliant with the Bank's information security standards

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in upgrading, installing, configuring, and supporting some or all the technologies employed within Deutsche Bank's Real Time Communications strategy, including Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business or Lync, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
  • Movius and cellular voice, messaging technologies, Zoom Meetings, Webinar
  • Avaya and Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, Acano Manager, CMS, VQ, TMS) Symphony, Cloud9 trader communication products
  • Diverse technical background with experience on multiple technologies including a knowledge of H323 / SIP, AD, LDAP, XMPP, networking protocols and associated services
