Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary Provide general administrative project and/or program support for department or program areas. Job Description Primary Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and perform daily tasks to ensure functioning of administrative office. Assist in development/coordination of programs/projects.   Assist with developing budgets, monitoring and processing expenditures; run reports in Workday; perform online systems entry of documents or data involving accounts payable, purchasing, budgeting, etc.     Plan logistics and provide administrative support for program courses, meetings and events including all details associated with event; negotiate with vendors; oversee, troubleshoot and resolve special situations that arise during event.   Manage event budget.   Coordinate, manage and update communications for school/department/center including verbal, written and electronic communications and websites which may include initiating/reviewing drafts of various communications.   Provide some general administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Perform other duties as assigned.   Preferred Qualifications Bachelorâ™s degree. Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of computer applications and programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with a broad and diverse range of people. In-depth knowledge of office procedures. Accuracy and attention to detail. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent high school certification and two years of administrative office experience. Grade G07-H Salary Range $17.83 - $27.64 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
