We are looking for a passionate, curious, and talented manager to join PDC Qual staff and lead one of our SEM product system qual groups.

The System qual manager and his group main role is to approve the product performance, including any new development or change in design (including SW, HW or system)

As part of PDC qual staff and center of excellence you will take part in designing and implementing infrastructures and work processes improvements

Our Group: System & HW Qual group

System qualification group is part of the RnD division that develop new products. We make sure each new module or feature meets the highest standards, co-exist with other modules of the system and meet our customers requirements.

What you'llbedoing:
  • Manage strong and unite team of8-12 engineers. Responsible to recruit new employees, develop and mentor.
  • Responsible to all project qualification aspects if directly or indirectly, through collaboration with other groups
  • Approve final design, specs, and overall product performance to be released to the field
  • Building long and short-term work plans based on the product strategic plan
  • Qualification center of excellence - Promote new processes, infrastructures, and corrective actions
  • Develop qual infrastructures - validation tools and capabilities for modules and system performance evaluation
  • Support MFG and Field most complex technical problems

What you should have?
  • B.SC in Electrical/ Mechanical Eng or any related technical degree
  • > 5 years of multi discipliner systems related experience
  • > 2 years of team leader or manager experience
  • Strong system & analytical capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • PDC products knowledge & experience - Major advantage
  • SEM technology knowledge - advantage
