Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Job Description: Department of Internal Medicine ⓠDivision of Cardiology Saint Louis University (SLU), a Catholic Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service is seeking applicants for Board Certified/Board Eligible cardiologist with fellowship training in advanced heart failure.  This is a full-time faculty position in the Division of Cardiology within the Department of Internal Medicine. Academic appointment will be commensurate with credentials and experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the qualified applicant to continue to develop a growing inpatient and outpatient Heart Failure program at Saint Louis University.  Candidates primary responsibility will be inpatient and consult service, outpatient clinics as well as interpretation of diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, EKGs, Transesophageal Echocardiograms.  Position will participate in education and development of residents and Cardiology Fellows. The successful candidate should be board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, have a substantial background in clinical or laboratory research.
