Responsibilities The HR System Service Helpdesk plays a pivotal role in resolution provided/request resolved in providing HR System Support to Client. In this role, you would take ownership of the initial steps of the request handling, Including 1st level troubleshooting and coordination with Technical Team. You would arrange - Bridging between client end user/stakeholders and Technical Team- Respond to incoming telephone calls for customer requests. - Troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution. - Proactively notify customers and internal personnel on status of critical tickets. - Provide and manage all customer maintenance communication.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proficient English speaking and business writing is mandatory, Mandarin support is also required. - Excellent customer service and strong telephone communication skills.
