Finance Business Management

P&A NA Tech Strategic Growth Priorities (SGP) Finance Deputy

Seeking a highly motivated finance professional to act as a finance business advisor to North America Cloud First, IPS, Security, and Technology

Transformation Leadership teams by providing financial analytics, insights, and non-financial considerations to develop recommendations to drive our profitable growth agenda.

Responsibilities include:

+ Advise and support Cloud First, IPS and Security Sales and Delivery leadership to drive business interventions using analytics-based insights

+ Take ownership and actively review current financial results and trends to “see around the corner” to influence future performance

+ Develop annual book to bill, GiLC, and CCI expansion targets

+ Drive Accenture’s profitable growth agenda with a focus on SGP-specific areas of opportunity

+ Become an expert in the new areas fueling the business – Cloud, IPS, Security – and provide thought leadership on trends in these spaces

+ Partner with MU Tech Finance Leads to provide SGP related insights to drive Market Unit specific interventions and opportunities

+ Collaborate with HR, Business Operations, and Global SGP Finance Leads to drive business outcomes


+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting

+ Minimum of 7 years professional experience. Preferable with at least 5 years experience internal Accenture finance function

+ Proven ability to work independently

+ Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ACN financial application suite e.g., MME, MMB, MMS, Digital Tools, etc.

Other qualifications:

+ Strong analytic and communication skills, written and oral

+ Solid executive presence and leadership skills, with a history of working directly with and developing relationships with Senior Executives
