Job Description: This position will report to the Associate Athletic Director for Diversity, Climate, and Culture. The position will provide one-on-one career advising/coaching for all Syracuse University student-athletes, engage with employers to identify internship and full-time job opportunities, assist in the planning and execution of career programs and events, and create and manage athlete-specific career development programs. In addition, this position is responsible for tracking student-athlete job and internship placement information, and regularly synthesizing and communicating that information to the Associate Athletic Director for Diversity, Climate, and Culture. This position will work closely with Syracuse University career center and each school and college career advisors to collaborate and exchange information.
