The Digital Marketing Transformation Delivery Lead will be familiar with digital marketing/marketing operations, segmentation, campaign management and other relevant concepts and understand how to position and architect front office technology transformations leveraging Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua and Responses), CX Unity, and Infinity capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for mentoring and growing a team of resources across these functional areas across a portfolio of related projects. The candidate will be an expert in mapping business operating models with technology enablers, recommending best practices, proposing relevant business processes, user experience and navigating change enablement​.

Key Responsibilities ​

+ Lead workshops to help clients create relevant road-maps that address key priorities, business metrics and campaign journeys. ​

+ Lead Digital Marketing Transformation projects

+ Implement Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform and/or Infinity to further enable Oracle Marketing ​cloud

+ Support Oracle Marketing pipeline with industry knowledge. ​

+ Lead solutioning efforts with the ability to effectively estimate and create proposals ​

Must Have Skills ​

+ Digital Marketing

+ Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua or Responsys)

+ Experience with End-to-End Marketing Processes

Experience/Skills Required ​

+ Minimum 6+ years’ experience of marketing transformation /Customer Journeys/ marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response and/or data-driven marketing with/for B2C, B2B or B2B2C organizations ​

+ Minimum 5+ e xperience consulting, as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment

+ Minimum 1 project with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua or Responsys)

+ Other marketing management experiences (SFDC, Adobe) will also be valued.

+ Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented

+ Ability to manage teams and processes globally.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills

+ Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data

+ Ability to work in a dynamic environment

+ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $132,700 to $165,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
