We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Solutions - Senior Client Executive to join our team in the Chicago/Milwaukee area.

We seek a Client Executive in the Chicago/Milwaukee/Denver area with experience in a broad Manufacturing industry, especially in plant operations, to focus on defining go-to-market strategy and execution across a portfolio including Business Resilience & Simplification, Digital and Data Driven, Transformation Acceleration, Systems Resilience & Trusted Platforms, and Workforce Resilience. Additionally, they will provide thought leadership and advisory consultation across areas such as: data advisory, commercial operations, client engagement, and across digital transformation initiatives.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall end-to-end client relationship development, client satisfaction, account P&L, sales/growth strategy and execution, ensuring client and NTT DATA expectations are appropriately set and managed.
  • Primary accountability:
    " Leads Client Relationship & Account Teams (Delivery, Sales, and Business Operations leadership assigned to the Client)
    " Timely execution of all client management responsibilities as defined by governance policies
    " Establishing 3-year strategic plan and vision for the account
    " Ambassador and spokesperson on behalf of the company

    Work with proper teams to ensure account/project start-up activities are complete, such as:
    • Contract Creation
    • Billing Unit Creation
    • WBS Assignment
    • Raising account specific R&Rs
    • Process (LOI, MOA situation)

    Understanding and communicating Client's Strategy/Objectives
    • Understanding and communicating NTT Value Propositions aligned to Client Strategy/Objectives
    • Ensure NTT brings relevant industry experience
    • Ensure NTT has Client Context knowledge development
    • Brand Strategy Development & Ambassador within the Client
    • Guides ONE NTT Marketing / Branding efforts within Client
    • Orchestrates relationships from all of NTT into client
    • Ensures C Suite and Key Buyer Relationship Development and Team assignments
    • Ensures appropriate Client Expectations
    • Ensures Client Satisfaction Assessment
    • Assessing Client Satisfaction with delivery process and outcomes
    • Develops and Executes Client Satisfaction Improvement Plans with Delivery Leadership
    • Relationship Management - P&L for client inclusive of sales, revenue, margin, investments (e.g., BD / RD / ABM)
    • Accurate and Timely Revenue / Cost / Margin forecasts
    • Revenue Management to POS and variance action plans
    • Participate and approve Margin Improvement Plans (Revenue and Margin)
    • Action Plan to close gap of forecast to AOP
    • Monthly, Quarterly reporting of account results internally and with client
    • Validated/interlocked AOP and monthly/quarterly forecasts
    • Work with Finance to ensure proper financial treatment (rev rec, accruals, etc.)
    • Ensure pricing changes and provisions are implemented, such as COLA, price changes, volume (ARC / RRC band issues, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:
  • minimum of 6 years of experience within IT Services practice structure focused on building and managing client relationships
  • minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing industry expertise (preferably in plant operations), focused on designing and delivering business outcomes
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
