Small Business Practice Solutions FP&A
This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting, analysis, forecasting and business support forthe Practice Solutions group and the suite of Small Business Lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Partnering with the Practice Solutions Sales team, BFO and various partners across finance
- Planning, Forecasting & Period End Support
- Governance routines and Stress Test Support
- Ad hoc analysis of results and strategic initiatives, including business case support
Successful candidates will have an opportunity to develop the following skills: Financial acumen, attention to detail, communicating with impact (written & verbal), managing complexity, strategic thinking and technical capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree - accounting or finance preferred and/or equivalent work experience
- 2 years financial analysis work experience
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Modeling, Data Manipulation Skills
- Forecast/Planning Experience
- Strong analytical abilities and relatable business acumen (Business products, P&L, organization hierarchy, business segments)
- Highly effective business partnering skills including the ability to interact, communicate and influence equally well within all levels of an organization
- Eager to learn and grow, receptive to constructive feedback
- Approaches work with curiosity and OpEx-mindset of continuous improvement
- Essbase / eLedger
