In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in planning and execution of Corporate and Investment Banking's Global Treasury Management Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market
  • Partners across the organization with Product Managers, Operations, and Client Consultants to strategize solutions to meet client needs and business growth
  • Presents thought leadership and Global Treasury Management solution trends directly to clients
  • Participates in industry discussions to monitor payment trends and build thought leadership strategies
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
  • Perform research within Business Growth Strategy functional area, identifying and selecting best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and to meet the unique needs of customers
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs
  • Lead Business Growth Strategy projects and teams
  • Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Treasury Management products with a focus on payments and clearing services
  • Knowledge of cross border payments including SWIFT messaging
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas directly to clients
  • Ability to assess Treasury Management needs and design and recommend solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Project management experience
  • Strong presentation skills

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

NY -New York Pay Range: $87,700.00- $155,900.00 Annually

NC -Charlotte Pay Range: $73,100.00- $129,900.00 Annually

PA -Philadelphia Pay Range: $80,400.00- $143,000.00 Annually

***May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
