Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.Key Responsibilities

Overall

+ Be responsible for leading, coaching and people management of a sub recruitment team. Develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in or leading a group to accomplish established objectives. Collaborate and team across Accenture.

+ Work with business leads & OPS recruiting lead to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts; create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce

+ Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.•Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.•Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels.

+ Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives

+ Take lead in at least one GC OPS Recruiting priority projects to drive changes and innovation.

+ Develop approach for recruitment initiatives, critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved.

Additional Responsibilities

+ Act as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution

+ Consistently build, maintain and display a sound understanding of the client's industry in order to identify opportunities and manage risks

+ Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques

+ Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire and cost

+ Understand the key outcomes of recruitment activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment

Key Qualifications:

+ Bachelor Degree and above; MNA company recruitment background is highly preferred.

+ 10 years above HR experience with 5 years focus on recruitment.

+ 5-8 people management experience

+ Proficient in English & Mandarin.

+ Familiar with the recruitment systems.

+ Strong recruiting project management & issue management skill

+ Proven records in driving changes in a highly dynamic and innovative a matrix organization.

+ Strong business acumen and business partnering skill.

+ Excellent team management and leadership competence.
