Job Description: The Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Student Services is responsible for providing leadership and overall management of enrollment, registration processes, and student services. Insures timeliness of services, adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and federal privacy legislation. As a member of the leadership team, will participate in ongoing planning, assessment and evaluation of operations and services and provide oversight, coaching, rewards, and recognition to direct and indirect reports. The Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Student Services will identify, define, and document processes, performance objectives and metrics to support organizational objectives and policies in relations to enrollment, including specific processes related to on-line registration, enrollment, special populations, term activation, enrollment appointments, enrollment limits, service indicators and others as designated. Additional responsibilities for undergraduate and transfer first year student registration process and all associated review, updates and maintenance of technology associated to First Term Enrollment Process. Supports Post Enrollment Requisite Checking ( PERC ) process. Participates in systems testing (PeopleSoft and PeopleTools cycle/releases/upgrades) and other systems as applicable.
