Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage the delivery of performance metrics for R&O for the organization to improve services associated with the assigned portfolio to support quantitative and qualitative analysis of value provided by the contract manufacturer.
- Run the Toronto Clearinghouse DND R&O operations and ensure ongoing business viability and strategic growth within this business area.
- Drive leading indicators for First Article Inspection to validate supplier meets our engineering design requirements and process auditing.
- Manage capital investment process for existing and new products
- Design change support interfacing with our design engineering and the contract manufacturer
- Strongly leverages the contract manufacturer to resolve issues within Honeywell that are affecting delivery and past due
- Acts as a leader with internal/external customers for audits, and customer recoveries
- Drive the contract manufacturer and the Honeywell TCMO to ensure that the end customer requirements are fully met in a timely manner. Using business acumen, bring together the functions required to resolve quickly any outstanding issues between the two organizations (including other functions within greater Honeywell).
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years combined work experience in a manufacturing company in two or more of the following disciplines: Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Planning and/or Sourcing
- 3+ years working with SAP, or similar ERP system
- Must be able to obtain security clearance and controlled goods

- Working knowledge of AS9100 as applicable to Quality
- Strategic thinking with the ability and experience to develop, implement and document strategies and execution plans for long term initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aware & understands international & virtual teamwork; demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
- Experience with Microsoft product suite, with an advanced level of proficiency in Excel
- Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified
