Consulting and Delivery

+ The Senior Manager (SM) is responsible for delivering value from with hosted marketing database solutions, developing reporting and modeling frameworks, interpreting results, and managing analytic deliverables. He/she will also:

+ Design, develop, and implement measurement solutions that tie organizational objectives to digital marketing capabilities while communicating the value to a senior client audience.

+ Lead teams and manage clients through strategy and deployment of digital analytics platforms and services across digital properties including mobile web and apps.

+ Lead the orchestration of martech platforms leveraging data and analytics to execute personalization and optimization use cases.

+ Demonstrate Accenture’s thought leadership leveraging analytics and personalization to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

+ Drive portfolio growth through business development, proposal writing and identifying new opportunities with clients while developing and selling solutions against those opportunities.

+ Define processes and operating models to develop and scale industry leading marketing analytics capabilities across organizations.

+ Be responsible for developing strong client relationships and supporting the overall analytics business while acting as a technical advisor to internal account teams.

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and digital data / analytics

+ Minimum of 10 years of orchestrating customer experiences leveraging personalization and experimentation capabilities

+ Strong communication skills with the proven ability to explain advanced concepts and complex solutions illustrating the value of our offerings

+ Passionate about data, analytics and technology (ex: avid consumer of TED talks and Wired Magazine)

+ Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, mathematics, or technical specialty

Advanced Qualifications

+ Ability to manage multiple teams on and off-shore responsible for implementing and operating a digital analytics program.

+ Deep technical understanding of how digital analytics and tag management solutions are deployed and architected across various data platforms.

+ Ability to complete complex tool deployments across product suites like Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Marketing Platform / Google Cloud Platform.

+ Experience working with Customer Data Platforms and architecting a data collection strategy.

+ Experience working with experience optimization tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.)

+ Deep knowledge of strengths and weaknesses across technology providers.

+ Ability to architect a digital customer data architecture and support the deployment delivery.

Set Yourself Apart

+ Thought leader with a track record of developing perspectives on industry trends and best practices related to data and analytics

+ Experience delivering and managing client-facing projects in consulting, agency or other business-related services.

+ Experience selling and solutioning large-scale programs oriented around data and analytics.

+ Experience performing advanced analytics on digital data sources and working within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

+ Experience developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities with new or existing tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

+ Knowledge of SQL databases and demonstrated skill using R/Python/SAS or similar data management tools required.

+ Solid Knowledge of data integration techniques and processes (Data matching & key vendors, data fusion & key partners, etc.).
