The Impact You Will Make
  • Lead, execute, and advise on critical analytical and technical programs related to the administration of compensation programs
  • Review compensation plan changes to drive employee motivation and retention, and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal quota attainment levels
  • Build incentive compensation dashboards and reports to provide Success and RevOp leadership teams with real-time visibility into compensation plan performance and effectiveness
  • Conduct deep dives into data around trends, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to recommend potential solutions
  • Manage compensation tool, infrastructure while partnering with the Systems team on implementation and rollout of changes within the compensation tool
  • Help manage quota setting process in partnership with Success leadership team to account for promotions and new team additions
  • Perform detailed reconciliation process of commission statements prior to the release of payments to Accounting and Finance
What You Bring to the Table
  • 3+ years in Sales Commissions & Incentives Analytics role with a proven track record of successfully managing Commission Plans for rapidly growing organization
  • Previous work experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis
  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business degree, or related curriculum from a Top tier University is preferred
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with other Commissions and Sales tools including Salesforce, Xactly, Performio, CaptivateIQ, and Anaplan
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment with a great amount of ambiguity
  • Ability to define critical metrics and measure the success of projects/initiatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and desire to drive adoption and buy-in of new plans and initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving aptitude
