About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant – Operational Risk, as part of the Technology Risk Office. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

This position will assist with managing a variety of Operational Risk risk types. Risk types in scope for this role could include; Conduct, Data Management, Model, and Information Management Risk.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead efforts within the Technology organization to execute requirements necessary to demonstrate compliance with Wells Fargo's expectations for in-scope risk types
  • Perform risk management activities needed to mitigate Operational Risk within the Technology organization
  • Through interaction with Enterprise Risk Programs, review strategic approaches to Operational Risk, and represent the Technology organization's opinion as it relates to the proposed strategic approach
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult within the Technology organization to drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Information Security Experience in technology organization

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management, in financial services
  • Experience with information security and risk management including: policy and standards, information security assessment, and mitigation solution design and implementation
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Risk Management tools, including CRAS+, CICAT, and RCSA
  • Ability to develop metrics and reporting

AZ- Chandler Pay Range: $96,600-171,800 Annually
