+ Gathering and clarification of functional and technical requirements.

+ Analysis, design, and implementation of changes in Siebel application based on the specification of customer/maintenance requirements.

+ Preparation and continuous update of all required documents.

+ Participation in testing and acceptance process.

+ Recommendations to the client on matters of effective utilization of software package's features.

+ Proposals/recommendations for new enhancement require a great understanding of the business processes.

+ Contribution to a high-performing motivated workgroup.

+ Observance of defined methodology and standards.


+ At least 5 years of work experience in IT and at least 3 years of work experience with Oracle Siebel CRM.

+ Experience in Oracle Siebel CRM system upgrade will be considered an advantage.

+ Deep knowledge of Siebel application and CRM processes (Loyalty, Call Center, Marketing incl. Segmentation (OBI). Segmentation might be considered as an advantage.).

+ Deep knowledge of Siebel development tools (Tables, Business Components, Applets, Workflows, Business Services, etc.)

+ Deep knowledge of Siebel eScript programming language.

+ Experience with IT operational processes (Agile and Waterfall methodologies, experience working in Scrum teams, experience using Agile tools, like JIRA).

+ Experience with handling database interactions (SQL statements, DML).

+ Experience with REST (additionally to XML, SOAP, and SOA).

+ Well structured, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

+ Good communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal) in English.
