Job Description

As the Legal Mandates Office Analyst, Technical Project Management, you will support the Legal Mandates Office and Manager by planning, coordinating, documenting, and completing steps in the legislative analysis process. With some oversight, you will perform varied duties related to the legislative analysis process such as: preparing communications and reports; performing system administration tasks; providing vendor support and problem resolution; arranging meetings, equipment setup and maintenance; handling paper and digital mail; performing website and application research; creating and managing office documents, SharePoint, and internal sites; and completing ad hoc projects.

You will work directly with multiple attorneys, systems, and processes. You will recommend appropriate actions to address business needs. You will work in a highly collaborative team and process which requires maintaining relationships across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.52
Maximum: 38.99

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-2+ years of experience working with Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
-1+ years of experience working with data, pulling reports, and doing general research

Preferred Qualifications
Experience within corporate healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or within law firm specializing in health-related law.
Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on a team and be organized

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
