**Job Summary:**

The primary purpose of the Paid Media Sr. Specialist is to support the Paid Media Manager and Paid Media Sr. Analysts by assisting to deliver the daily execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. The Paid Media Sr. Specialist will assist with all aspects of digital marketing channel and campaign management, including day to day campaign stewardship, vendor partnership planning and collaboration, competitive tracking and insight, and campaign performance recaps and communication. The Paid Media Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing paid search or paid social advertising campaigns to weekly and monthly budget goals and will analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions.

This role leverages digital marketing channels to drive in-store and online traffic through optimizing current programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing creative and ad copy strategies, analyzing data and data process flows, scheduling campaigns (both recurring or ad hoc), tracking results, working with internal tools/processes and external vendors. The Paid Media Sr. Specialist will work cross-functionally with Merchandising Marketing, Creative, Data and Analytics, and Marketing Operations to understand product marketing strategy, develop the appropriate campaign structure, evaluate and optimize campaigns, and ensure the right technology capabilities are being utilized to deliver high performing paid search or paid social campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor daily budget pacing and analyze campaign results to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

• Write and execute ad copy, and work with cross-functional partners to develop optimal creative for paid search or paid social campaigns.

• Utilize media buying tools to effectively develop, manage and deliver digital advertising campaigns.

• Generate performance reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Collaborate with vendor partners to stay on top of industry trends and integrate best practices in campaigns.

• Work cross-functionally with Merchandising Marketing, Creative, and Data & Analytics teams to understand product marketing strategy, build and execute campaigns and evaluate results to ensure campaigns are delivering on goals and objectives.

• Lead conversations with external media partners to negotiate media rates in order to improve campaign efficiencies.

• Work alongside Marketing Operations teams to ensure the team is leveraging the right mix of technology and customer data in paid search and paid social campaigns.

• Work across Digital Marketing Team with SEO, Display, Search, Social and Affiliate Marketing teams to maximize traffic online and instore.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing

• 1 year experience with Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Data Analysis, or Paid Media

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• 1 year agency or retail experience
