Grubhub is looking for an innately-curious and data-driven, Revenue Management Director. This role sits in Growth Marketing and reports to the Sr. Director of Diner Growth Marketing, and is responsible for balancing growth and profit across multiple areas of the company. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, restaurant sales, and others to set and track revenue management strategies that include B2B and B2C pricing, customer product experience, and marketing levers.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with complex problem solving, setting and tracking strategic and tactical priorities, and be adept at driving decisions with stakeholders from across the company.
The Impact You Will Make
  • Set the strategy, test, and manage value based pricing packages for our restaurant partners. This will require qualitative and quantitative feedback, and understanding of our partners' business objectives, and a strategic view on how other areas of Grubhub should respond to restaurant commission rates.
  • Use product experience, diner prices, and restaurant commission rates to balance the objectives of Grubhub and our restaurant partners.
  • Work with Product and Engineering in a creative and iterative way to optimize our diners' experience while supporting our restaurants' success and profitability.
  • Work with our restaurant account advisor team to set up and manage communications with our restaurant partners.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to manage search, sort, and pricing changes. Take feedback and build consensus to our strategy and actions.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 10+ years experience coordinating with stakeholders to deliver results in a highly analytical organization
  • 5+ years of leadership experience and managing teams
  • Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C pricing, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment. This role will have two sides of marketplace pricing, the preference is for experience in both.
  • Experience having built and managed teams. This is a people management role, and the team will grow over time.
  • Analytical background. You are a top tier analyst, and you know how to manage other analysts.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders in many areas of the business including Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Product, Engineering
  • Provide business direction and review of product and engineering plans.
  • Experience with executive communication.
  • Excellent skills in Excel.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL and Tableau.
  • Project and Program management experience a plus
  • Bonus for big data experience (R, Python, Matlab, etc.)
