Job Summary

Responsibilities:

+ Manage and own all delivery aspects of one or multiple digital marketing client accounts, including performance, client satisfaction, staffing, profitability, invoicing, sales, and team management (including time allocation and workload)

+ Participates and presents in performance calls for the various Digital Marketing programs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, internal scrums)

+ Sign off deliverables before they are submitted to the client

+ Ensure full control and ownership of the Customer Data Protection plan

+ Present upcoming features and areas of opportunities to elevate paid channel performance

+ Act as the point of contact between Accenture and the client to discover untapped areas to target

+ Provide recommendation on data pipeline and activation

+ Provide recommendations related to improving overall Digital Marketing performance, including continuous research of maximal efficiency

+ Lead various Digital Marketing service offerings and programs for the client, and be the performance driver of these programs in a complex client account, including services in SEM, SEO, Martech, Web Analytics/Call Tracking, Paid Social, etc.

+ Cocreate yearly strategy and build long term vision for client success

+ Be part of the innovation drivers on a complex SEM, multi-brand account

+ Oversee and support the strategic direction of the SEM Services for one or multiple clients

+ Manage the relationships with both the client stakeholders, and the external vendors and reps

Basic Requirements:

+ Minimum of Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or technical specialty

+ Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Paid Media, including 4 years in Paid Search

+ Minimum of 3+ years of client facing experience in a digital marketing account director role

+ Hands-on experience with ad technology tools including SEM bid management tools, DSPs, planning tools. Hands-on experience with SA360 is a plus.

+ Experience performing analytics on digital data sources. Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.

+ Experience using and leveraging data visualization tools such as PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.

+ Solid understanding of how paid media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel

+ Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

+ Passionate about media, data, web analytics and technology

+ Experience with large client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services

+ Previous experience managing large media accounts at a paid media agency

+ Previous experience creating and executing a SEM strategy on a large account

+ Experience managing several team members, vendors and client relationships

+ Good understanding of end-to-end process in marketing, sales, and service organization
