Job Description: This entry level position is responsible for answering our main telephone lines and responding to questions on routine policy and practice, refers questions to advisors and other staff members, manages express mail services, and maintains office supply inventory – ordering and receiving, copy machine maintenance orders, prepares purchase requisitions and ID order forms.  The Office Coordinator manages director's and general office outlook calendars, makes space reservations in the center and other locations on campus, and is responsible for the BOSS security system.  Coverage of Front Desk as needed, including occasional coverage during events and activities. Administrative support for the J-1 student and scholar program.  The Office Coordinator prepares credit card reconciliation reports for director.
