ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Artifact Repository Technical Support Analyst, Expert to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Washington, DC.  Candidate will support the Cyber Security Tools Engineering function for design, development, documentation, testing, integration, security control implementation and testing, assessment and authorization, and deployment to Production for Cyber Security Tools; document planned capability architectures and designs, plan upgrades and capacity expansion, provide initial integration and interoperability testing, fully deploy and configure Cyber Security Tools in a Cyber Lab environment to document the overall design of each capability, achieve an Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), and deploy the fully configured and documented solution into a Cyber Lab Test environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a Technical Manager to analyze design specifications from a top-down perspective to ensure usability and functionality of the tools or technology (may involve conducting post-execution reviews with solution architects to track effectiveness)
  • Capture, maintain, and standardize the overall engineering design and implementation process for Enterprise Cyber Security Tool capabilities
  • Develop security test plans, support all RMF security assessment and authorization events, integrate new capabilities into the Enterprise Architecture, follow required change and configuration management processes, and deploy fully configured and functional cyber defense systems into Production
  • Design, build, and sustain Administration Guides and Operate User Guides for Cyber Security Tools; documentation developed will be used for on-the-job training and knowledge transfer
  • Establish and maintain a repository of engineering artifacts, including but not limited to: standards, diagrams/drawings, regulations, reference materials, bills of material, improvement proposals, solution packages, and industry technology trends and white papers applicable to the customer’s Cyber Security initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical leads and team members
  • Minimal local travel may be required between government customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 9 or more years of relevant experience
  • Possess IAT Level III certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH)
  • Meet OS or computing environment certification as required by DoD 8570.01-M for privileged/elevated access
  • Prior experience analyzing cyber security tools for effectiveness
  • Prior experience maintaining engineering documentation repositories
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to support collaboration with stakeholder and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile Scrum Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach
  • Possess DoD 8570.01-M Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification (CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND)

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph, or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
