As a Lead Resident Concierge, you will work directly with residents and community managers, to ensure that exemplary customer service is being provided. Along with the standard Resident Concierge duties, you will also have elevated duties that require additional partnership with the District Manager and our clients.

Location: Will be covering multiple locations in Midtown/ Buckhead

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Work Schedule: This position will cover multiple shifts 7 days a week, must be available to cover all shifts as needed(1st Shift : 7am - 3pm, 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm, 3rd Shift 11pm - 7am)

Lead Concierge Essential Duties:
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings with clients - during these meetings; the Lead Resident Concierge will need to take notes and communicate client feedback to District Manager and provide highlights to our other Concierge
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new associates
  • Provide job shadowing training for new associates
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the Resident Concierge role
  • Act as a first point of contact for other Resident Concierge regarding certain inquiries
  • Partner with District Manager to provide feedback on how to improve day-to-day duties and/or processes
  • Complete quality checks and/or audits as directed by the District Manager
  • Assist with minor quality client and resident complaints and/or questions
  • Assist with learning initiatives that foster an environment for continuous growth, development, and creative out-of-the-box thinking
  • Act as a liaison and/or the District Manager's partner at resident events
  • Be knowledgeable of all Valet Living services available at specific communities
  • Available to work different schedule as needed dependent upon staffing changes & business demands
Essential Duties:
  • Deliver memorable interactions with all residents by being friendly, answering questions and being helpful as you develop a strong rapport with each client
  • Welcome residents, prospective residents, vendors, community staff and contractors when they come in
  • Assist residents who make a service request by entering that service request into the system
  • Assist residents with questions and requests services in person, through email and via phone
  • Assist in resident communication efforts
  • Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity
  • Respond to all emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner in accordance with established procedures
  • Develop and manage schedules for other Resident Concierges
  • Provide exemplary and timely customer service to residents, pets and community staff
  • Build relationships with client residents and community staff
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager

  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Able to keep up with the physical demands of being on your feet and standing for much of the day
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Must enjoy delighting all residents including pets and possess exemplary customer service skills
  • Must display excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to take direction, be reliable, work productively on one's own and adhere to a schedule

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate to advanced communication skills required
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, hospitality industry is a plus
  • Experience working as a concierge in a hotel or luxury condominium is a plus
  • Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus
  • Certification or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
