This role is primarily Preventive Maintenance driven. You will train on industry specific equipment under the supervision of the day shift maintenance mechanic and team lead for 4 - 6 weeks before moving to off shift. You must possess sound mechanical skills and be comfortable with troubleshooting both electro and mechanical equipment.

Each location has a set number of lines to maintain, and your main responsibility will be to keep them running. This is a perfect role for those that take pride and ownership on the equipment they service and maintain. You must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, including drives, motors, and so on.

Industrial electrical repair including drives, instrumentation, and process controls involving high-speed production equipment such as extruders, resin conveying equipment, packing equipment, and state of the art process controls.

This is a 12-hour shift role. you must be willing to work the night shift. This the 2-2-3 shift. Work Monday - Tuesday, off Wednesday - Thursday, work Friday-Saturday-Sunday. Then exact opposite days the following week. Repeat the two-week schedule.
