In this role you will report to the Service Manager for a region and you will be providing quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repair tasks, on customer sites with assistance from the company Help Desk.

You will be disconnecting, reconnecting, and performing alignment of major components, such as generators, induction couplings and free wheel clutches when replacement is needed. Additionally you will be doing vibration measuring during most of the regular visits or when components are replaced.

Your work will include both electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance tasks such as re-greasing bearings, changing filters and hydraulic oil for free wheel clutches, replacing and adjusting carbon brushes, replacing electrical components such as relays and sensors when required. Furthermore, you will be expected to complete an annual preventive maintenance and a complete inspection of the control panels.

They need someone with strong communication skills who can build a rapport with clients, someone who presents themselves well, with a professional attitude, providing the mental and physical attitude of first class service as you will be speaking with customers on site.

The company equipment is complex and requires training in order to assume the maintenance and service tasks. Onboarding is 2 weeks long from start date and is usually conducted in Rosenberg, TX.
