About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant/Third Party Officer to support the Corporate Risk Third Party & Expense Management team as part of the broader Strategy, Planning and Governance Function within Corporate Risk. The mandate for Corporate Risk Third Party & Expense Management is to ensure all third parties are compliant with the Wells Fargo Enterprise Third Party Policy.  The policy requires all business and staff units to adequately support compliance via specific roles and responsibilities. 

The Third Party Officer role has oversight responsibilities to ensure all third parties engaged through the Corporate Risk division are compliant.  This role also acts as a liaison between leaders, Relationship and Engagement Managers in Corporate Risk, and the Third Party Program to interpret the enterprise policy into actionable tasks and behaviors. 

In this role, you will:

  • This role will serve as a Third Party Officer for the Corporate Risk division.
  • This position is the liaison between the risk area (LOB) and the Third Party Program. 
  • Responsible for translating the third party policy into actionable tasks for the Relationship and Engagement Managers in Corporate Risk.
  • The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who values personal accountability and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
  • The candidate will be able to work independently to achieve results while keeping the leader informed and seeking guidance and sharing feedback as appropriate.
  • This role requires the ability to make confident recommendations to senior leaders regarding third party risk management.
  • The success of this role is highly dependent on the ability of the individual to effectively partner with Relationship and Engagement Managers, Senior Leaders, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Program, Third Party Officer groups across the enterprise, and other enterprise governing bodies. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ Yrs Third Party experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and present impact analysis to include proposed changes to business processes.
  • Demonstrated proficient Excel skills
  • Ability to develop and make presentations to senior leaders.
  • Ability to develop highly effective partnerships.
