Job Description Primary Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for unloading trucks and processing packages. Utilizes computer-based Bar-Code login and tracking system to ensure proper handling of packages including express, fragile and perishable items. Sort and process student mail. Retrieve packages and mail for students. Fill and maintain the locker system for student packages. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Preferred Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic knowledge of customer service skills and computer entry. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds. Some overtime may be necessary. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent high school certification, and two to three yearsâ™ experience in a mailroom/dock setting. REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Driverâ™s license Missouri class âEâ? or Illinois class âDâ?. Grade G04-H Salary Range $15.15 - $20.22 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
