Bow & Arrow is on a growth journey, from a boutique venture agency to a scaled business driving new ventures across Europe and ultimately beyond. We are setting up a European team, around our new venture hub in Berlin. This means that you will be one of the founders of our brand-new studio, helping us to set up our delivery model for success.

As an Associate Creative Director, you are here to own key client relationships across multiple projects and work streams and to deliver a sustained pipeline of work with these clients in collaboration with the Directors and the Partners. You are here to lead the business and its culture, fostering collaboration, inspiring others and ensuring quality of work.

Within this role, you will:

+ Manage cross-functional teams across Accenture, harnessing skills and experience from the wider business

+ Provide bigger picture perspective and be responsible for the overall delivery of all projects across client accounts

+ Set the context and direction for the creation of the overall venture proposition and recommendation to the client – know our clients, their markets and competitors inside out, ensuring the work is always cognizant of the client and business context

+ Provide a breadth of expertise and experience, offering fresh and relevant perspective and challenges that inspires and guides the account and client

+ Consistently set the standard and stretch it to be able to produce world class creative work, and challenge the team on quality of deliverables

+ Nurture and grow senior client relationships for existing and new accounts, provide a trusted voice of experience, authority and insight, and support the SCLs and CLs in management and relationships building of key client accounts

+ Have difficult conversations and flawlessly converting any concerns or issues into deeper relations and trust, set client priorities, anticipate and proactively provide solutions to their problems

+ Be responsible for future pipeline with your client account and lead the development of proposals and pitches with your Strategy counterpart

+ Mentor senior members of the Creative team, and be responsible for a family tree of SCLs, CLs and Designers

+ Grow the team and wider B&A – building the culture through creative inspiration, owning and running design training, internal initiatives and thought-leadership events

What we love in a candidate:

+ Strong creative thinking and design execution skills, with the ability to fluidly work across the spectrum of design, doing what it takes to help the work land with impact

+ A proactive attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity and challenge clients to think differently

+ World-class execution with an eye for detail and the passion to constantly strive to improve, challenge creative boundaries and take the work to the next level

+ Autonomous leadership and drive to confidently lead highly collaborative teams through complex projects with C-suite level clients, empowering others and growing the leadership of those around you

+ 7+ years of professional experience in the design industry, ideally in piloting and launching ventures, including 3+ years in innovation leadership with client-facing multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. innovation lab or creative consultancy)
