Position Purpose:
Protecting what matters most to our associates and consumers by securing our sensitive data and critical assests from current and emerging threats. At The Home Depot, Cybersecurity consists of Architecture, Governance, Identity & Access Management, Internal Threat Operations, Issue and Compliance Management, Risk Assessment/Advisory, Security Consulting, Security Operations, Service Optimization and Strategic Planning.

The SME will be an engineering resource, responsible for driving the ongoing IAM transformation. This associate's responsibilities will include -
- Development and configuration of system integrations, reports, workflows, policies in SailPoint IIQ
- Mentor / train team members on lacking technical skills
- Suggest and implement service automations to improve operational efficiency
- Drive global standardization and adoption efforts across the organization
Approval
• This position helps drive continuous operations improvement with a focus on controls, scalability, and maturity
• Lead member of the core development team responsible for developing and deploying solutions within the Identity and Access Management(IAM) domain
• Agile principles and methodologies, and show accountability for driving improvements for technical aspects in Identity Governance Space
• Provide technical support for SailPoint IIQ Platform and supporting infrastructure as needed
• Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout the delivery of solutions
• Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies
• Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors
• Stay current on new technologies and act as driver of innovation for the Enterprise

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Aligns, Develop Others - Design, review and execute solutions to protect the enterprise; Lead, mentor and provide guidance; Facilitate vulnerability management programs across systems, networking and engineering teams; Develop, test, deply and operationalize security monitoring, assessment and response solutions

For Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City residents: The pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $210,000. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive financial and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.
