We are one of the world's leading System Integrators and a key supplier of Technical and Business Solutions to the UK’s leading Energy and Utility companies. You'll work on innovative projects with colleagues to drive collaboration from strategy through to implementation. As Technology consultant, you will :

+ Be coached and mentored to continually improve your skills and play to your strengths; you will have a great team behind you wanting you to succeed and build momentum around your career

+ Have a varied number of experiences, working on multiple clients and engagements – a rich and rewarding journey where you have freedom to operate and be curious

+ Mobilise, shape and work collaboratively with teams across the globe to deliver parts of or all parts of a project

+ Work closely with our clients to help make sure there are no gaps between their expectations and our delivery assumptions and plans

+ Drive forward and manage the structured delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget

+ Use a variety of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall

+ Work in a variety of roles – dependent on engagement – such as, but not limited to, Workstream or Project Leads, Business Designer/ Analyst, Test Lead, Product Leads…

+ Build and maintain enduring client and partner relationships

We are looking for experience in the following:

+ Credible experience or background in the Utilities or Energy domain

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Strong experience working with Clients and Partners in requirement gathering, business systems analysis, conducting workshops, design & delivery of solutions for projects in the Utilities or Energy sectors

Set yourself apart:

+ Project and/or Epic management credentials across various project lifecycles in one or more technologies (like SAP, Oracle, etc.)

+ Experience of working on latest cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS offerings (e.g. Salesforce)

+ Strong organisational skills and experience of resource management, working as part of, or leading a high performing team. Bring your individuality and being a team player, who brings passion and energy to your day to day work is key!

+ Have worked in an agile manner applying leading methods and techniques such as Design Thinking

+ Have Cloud/Industry & Project Management Certifications or credentials

+ Demonstrate a strong technical and emotional quotient

+ Ability to craft structured status reports and articulate summaries of key risks, issues and dependencies

+ Abreast with latest trends, challenges & technological changes in the Utilities and Energy industries
