LinQuest is seeking a Skillbridge Talent Acquisition Internship

The LinQuest Skillbridge Internship is an opportunity for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an internship during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days

This position is a remote/work-from-home position.

Skillbridge Internship Program Qualifications:

  • Has served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Have taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander written authorization and approval to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program prior to the start of internship
Responsibilities:

  • Supports various daily operational functions such as sourcing qualified resumes for a variety of open positions, data gathering, as well as updating and maintaining applicant tracking system and human resources information systems, files and documents
  • Actively participate in candidate screening calls, hiring manager update meetings, requisition intake meetings, and candidate offers
  • Supports the talent acquisition team by participating in a variety of activities, meetings, and training
  • Prepare and maintain candidate files in accordance with internal processes
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Customer Service, administrative, personnel, recruiting, or closely-related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from LinQuest, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.

COVID-19 Compliance Guidelines: As a federal contractor, all LinQuest team members may be required to comply with Executive Order 14042- Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which may include mandatory vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status prior to start of employment. Additionally, team members are expected to comply with all safety protocols related to mask wearing and physical distancing while in covered contractor workplaces.
