Maintain existing customer base while growing revenue in the Eastern Canada territory using hunter skills. Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers and implement strategic planning to meet growth goals using CRM/proactive selling tools.

  • Travel is required throughout Eastern Canada with 20% overnight stay

  • Post secondary education
  • Minimum 2 plus years of outside territory sales experience


  • Bachelor's degree/ post-secondary education
  • Experience in electronic component sales or sensor sales experience
  • A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices
  • Significant experience in a sales/account management related field
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
  • Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
  • Deep technical expertise
  • Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
