Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented UI/UX Developer (Front End Developer); mid-level with an understanding of functional testing, to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado supporting United States Space Force. This experienced professional knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems of diverse scope and determines solutions. A software professional with a full understanding of industry practices, community standards and relevant policies and procedures. Uses well-established applications programming concepts to develop, deploy, and maintain complex web applications and web properties.

Requirements/Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development, or STEM related specialty (preferred); or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty and 2 years of comparable experience
  • Certifications: Must have or ability to obtain SAFe for Teams certification
  • Experience in the following Applications Frameworks (at least 2): React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML & Material UI
  • Familiarity & Knowledge: SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL
  • Experience or Knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, agile project management, software project management, defensive cyber operations, software development life cycle management, program/project management, cross-functional team

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • U.S. Citizenship; TS/SCI preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000-$159,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
