Wells Fargo has a large state of the art facility in McKinley area outside of Manila.  The site is home to over 5,200 team members that support Wells Fargo's key business lines in the United States.

About this role:

Wells Fargo's International Talent Acquisition team is expanding the Recruitment team to support Global Recruiting & Hiring team from the Philippines, with a focus on US hiring.  We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager who is adept at managing and leading a team of Recruiting Managers and their teams that are engaged in E2E recruitment including, sourcing (finding), screening and qualifying candidates for job opportunities, as a part of the internal and external recruitment process.  This role will be an integral member of the Global recruitment team in the 'follow the sun model' on the second shift in the Philippines.  This manager would oversee direct reports in the Philippines & India.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a recruiting team of Recruiting Managers in support of large business or functional groups
  • Manage a Recruiting team of individual contributors supporting multiple complex or specialized business lines or functional groups
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Develop and implement staffing programs to ensure the company staffing requirements are met in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Recruiting team to develop and implement innovative sourcing practices
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers of broader Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Manage the recruitment delivery and fulfilment as a partner to US & Global talent acquisition teams across multiple functions and/or multiple line of business
  • Leads a team to conducts interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
  • Team management in terms of Metrics/Performance/Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Stake holder Management and people management
  • Strong influencer in building recruitment delivery strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Affirmative advocacy of Diversity & Inclusion pipelining (Veterans/LGBTQ+/Differently Abled/Gender)
  • Should have the ability to articulate market dynamics & market insights when required
  • Should be able to design, execute and review recruitment plans and effectiveness
  • Accountable for process adherence and risk mitigation at every stage of recruitment
  • Responsible for coaching, conducting performance reviews and development plans for the tea
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into a workable delivery plan
  • Needs to be extremely comfortable with data & analytics to perform day to day task

Required Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 15+ years in Talent Acquisition or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training.
  • Minimum of 5+ years ofteam management experience, with experience managing a team of managers
  • Preferred experience working in / servicing other international geographies, or experience working for a Recruitment Process Outsourcer (RPO),
  • Experience working with a U.S. headquartered organization
  • Should have worked in a highly matrixed organization
  • Banking & Financial domain knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Needs to be very comfortable with data and analytics
  • Fluency in written & verbal communication (English)
  • Possess strong business acumen and also good grip on the talent landscape and Market conditions 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach to deliver win-win solutions
  • Good change management experience, and ability to drive and manage change initiatives sensitively and thoughtfully
  • Strong relationship competencies, able to collaborate, influence and manage through conflict to achieve successful outcomes
  • Prior project management experience
  • Good working knowledge of recruiting systems/tools (e.g. Work day / Beamery / LinkedIn ) preferred
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a virtual team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems
  • High initiative & drive
  • Ability to collaborate with divergent teams in order to achieve common goals within challenging deadlines
