**JOB SUMMARY**

This job is responsible for supporting project leaders of product and technology solutions throughout the Enterprise Health System Platforms. Requires a commitment to on-time product delivery by managing the overall progress while mitigating risk. Assist with the definition, planning, and delivery of Enterprise Health System product and technologies. Work with members of the product area and other management as required to ensure achievement of the defined project goals. Supports the successful delivery and implementation of cross-functional activities to achieve the desired results for a defined program and/or strategic initiative. Participate in the day-to-day operation to product areas release criteria to ensure code changes are delivered on time and with a consistently high standard of quality. Collaborate with all project stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate project risks with frequent reevaluation and reprioritization of the risk register. May provide support in the development of communication strategies and execute those to provide accurate and timely project information. Efficiently summarize and present complex ideas and/or data into a format that can be understood by all levels of the organization. Cultivate a customer-first attitude by forging relationships with stakeholders to better understand their needs and goals, and seek to discern what the customer impact will be for each project decision and/or action taken.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Create implementation tickets, release implementation plans, and deployment plans for at least two product areas in order to monitor the compliance of all release activities. And/or serve as a secondary Release Manager for another product area if needed.

+ Utilize various reports and provide consistant communication to the product areas to ensure understanding and compliance throughout the release planning process.

+ Execute and manage the progress of the release, and communicate the status of the release outward.

+ Serve as a contributor and leader to develop department process and procedure documentation for process improvements.

+ Ensure ISO 20000-1/SOC2/Hightrust compliancy is met on Platform Build and Deploy audit requirements.

+ Other duties as assigned or requested.



**EDUCATION**

**Required**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Sciences or related field

**Substitutions**

+ 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

**EXPERIENCE**

**Required**

3 years of any of the following:

+ Project Management

+ Delivering business solutions using information technologies

+ Delivering technology solutions in the field of healthcare

+ Delivering technology solutions in the field of Release Management

**LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS**

+ Six Sigma Yellow Belt

+ Project Management Professions (PMP) or other PMP certification
