Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix and improve the operation and efficiency of the onsite systems. You will advise the customer of repairs and improvements and work with your team to prepare a proposal for your customer for their review. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect for Quality
  • Install or Repair Work Orders
  • Provide Customer Support
  • Provide recommendations to customer for system improvements and repairs
  • Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • 3 plus years of experience in install/service of network and security system
  • Valid driver’s license.

WE VALUE

  • College/Technical diploma.
  • BMS/HVAC experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with co-workers and customers.
  • Team oriented with demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and self-directed when required.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
