ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior ISSE Support Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Washington, DC.  Candidate will support the Continuity of Operations (COOP) and RMF security assessment & authorization events and use standards, policies, procedures & technologies to ensure accountability & functionality of cyber security tools in an enterprise

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Cyber Security Tools COOP assessments; identify mission critical or essential capabilities needed to meet COOP requirements and prepare for possible disaster or emergency response

  • Follow release management process for development, test, and production environments; adhere to stringent configuration control and change management procedures

  • Provide security analysis and recommendations on cyber security tools capabilities, to include, but not limited to: authentication, authorization, user management activities, malicious logic controls, Cyber Security Tools technologies, firewalls, proxies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), port control, and network topologies in order to support security enhancements such as the Demilitarized Zone’s (DMZ’s) external Domain Name Systems (DNS) configurations.

  • Participate in the RMF efforts for Cyber Security Tools

  • Develop recommendations to achieve and maintain compliance with cyber security regulations, directives, and guidelines

  • Collaborate with technical leads and team members to ensure successful delivery of projects

  • Minimal local travel may be required between government customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other closely related IT discipline and 7 years of relevant experience

  • Possess IAT Level III certification

  • Possess IA System Architects and Engineers (IASAE) Level III certification

  • Possess Cyber Security Service Provider – Information Security (CSSP-IS) certification

  • Familiarity and/or experience protecting network environments against insider threat

  • Experience with DISA STIGs

  • Experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data (e.g., Netflow, Full Packet Capture), and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Splunk

  • Understanding of common vulnerability management tools

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
