  • We are part of Data & Analytics Strategy, Platform and Decision Tools (D&ASPDT) organization. We support Consumer, Small Business and Wealth management business to providing strategic data solutions, enable key analytics and data science (Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence) capabilities using cutting edge technology platforms like Hadoop data lake, Kafka enterprise stream hub, traditional BI tools like Tableau and Microstrategy.
  • The product manager will play a key role in managing all the features/capabilities built to support Strategic Data Platform, help stay aligned with Data Strategy and establish communication collaborating with business. Platform Product Manager will be responsible for managing Data Lake, streaming platform and Model/DS Science Platform Capabilities & roadmap and work closely with Delivery, Use Engagement and LoB. This role will not only challenge and help learn cutting edge technologies in Data & Analytics domain but will also provide opportunity to collaborate facilitate communication between key technology and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage platform capabilities backlog & features by partnering with delivery, user engagement, technical program managers, architects and engineers
  • Manage & communicate launch & release plans, collaborating with internal and external teams, stakeholders, etc. to ensure proper rollout of platform features
  • Manage stakeholders expectations, communicating product strategy and roadmaps into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using metrics
  • Articulate the priorities and tradeoff with stakeholders and constituents
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive and technical teams level discussions
  • Ability and willingness to work with distributed teams, business stakeholders and tech teams
  • Facilitate team growth planning, hiring, and new employee onboarding
  • Generate and assist in the presentation of quarterly reports to executives
  • Handling Issues and Escalations for tech teams, business and other stakeholders

Required Skills
  • 5-7 years of overall experience of Technical Product management, Communication, and Agile methodologies
  • Solid understanding of Data Platform Roadmaps and Data Strategy for a large scale organization.
  • Ability to work with GIS, InfoSec, compliance and operations
  • Experience managing the resources, finance and forecasts
  • Hands on experience managing products & programs using Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Expert in eliciting and documenting features & requirements (business/product/technical)

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Certification(s) on Agile/SDM is a plus
  • Experience working with large enterprise or financial industry is a plus
