Requisition Number: S_220289 Department: Athletics-0850 Description of Work: Assist with the sports turf management program in the Athletic Department for all turf grass practice fields, competition fields and landscaped areas. Directs turf maintenance for tennis & soccer complex, including supervision of intern(s). Duties include sports field maintenance, turf grass management, sod cutting and installation, irrigation management, mowing, field marking, fertilizing with walk-behind fertilizer, seeding, aeration, spraying and topdressing. Assist in snow removal and in event setups, including setting up tables and chairs, picking up trash. Position requires obtaining a pesticide applicator's license with 6 months of hire.
