Job Description:

Responsibilities:
*1:1 ratio of clients within assigned portfolio
*Escalate as needed to ensure resolution is provided to clients
*Facilitate project calls via WebX and providing timely responses / minutes to clients
*Takes ownership of portfolio by working with all clients and sales as requests gets scoped and kickoff call held with client
*Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in client facing role preferably in financial services industry
Presentable, confident and client focused
Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Knowledge of Treasury Products
Ability to interpret bank standard legal documentation
Advanced skills within Microsoft applications
