Ability to lead and drive the CVM specific contextualized marketing engagements and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore.

• Proven experience of leading CVM engagements and define CVM strategies such as Cross Sell/Upsell/Retention etc. and ability to drive change with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to drive client discussions and translate value of CVM efforts into quantifiable business outcomes.

• Ability to create business cases to derive potential value from the CVM initiatives for the clients.

• Ability to design Marketing operating models, processes for large scale CVM transformation programs.

• Relevant Industry experience in Telecom or Banking industry is a must. Other industry exposure is a plus.

• Experience in managing a team and working to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations

• Project management skills- Team management, performance management, cost and time management etc.

• Ability to bring in innovative solutions as per client context

• With Overall experience of at least 15 years • 10-12 years relevant experience in Customer value management (customer lifecycle management) and defining campaign strategies to drive CVM engagements for Telecom or Banking Industries. • Demonstrate account management skills where the candidate should have led a team. • Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model • Proven experience of client negotiation skills and driving CVM engagements • Experience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls, and technology
