Job Summary

The maintenance personnel is responsible for the maintaining and repairing on site machines. In addition, the Industrial Mechanic is to keep machines in optimum condition to maximize the production output. This requires keeping the machines in adjustment, knowing the different settings when changing product lines, maintaining quality and productivity of machines.

 
Job Responsibilities
* Service, repair, adjust and test machines, devices, moving parts and equipment that operate on the basis of mechanical and electrical principles
* Troubleshoot, install and repair systems
* Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of industrial machinery or equipment
* Inspect or test damaged machine parts and mark defective areas
* Ensure daily completion of maintenance logs
* Comply with all corporate policies and OSHA rules while carrying out daily functions
* 5+ years' experience in all aspects of Maintenance
* Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
* Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, maintaining electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
 
Education
* Training in electrical/mechanical maintenance* High School or Equivalent
