•Engaging upfront in solutioning & transitioning of deals to enforce rigor and day 1 stable. And initiative process re-engineering and automation initiatives aligned client expectation like Green SLA, Higher Productivity, Transparency in Process outcomes, etc

•Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels. Ability to supervise and manage large team and organization.

•The key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Transformation Plan aligned with Client & business expectation at the Strategic, Tactical & Operations level

•Design solution (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated.

•Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.

•Coach, train and deploy human centered thinking based on Design thinking concepts

•Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree

•15 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Financial Services, Network, Utilities, Health Care, Marketing, Pharma, Retail etc.) – with hands on experience handling data driven decisions

•Must have at least 6 years of experience in driving Transformation or Process Improvement

•Must have at least 8 years of experience in Managerial role

•Must be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

•Well aware of the different F&A domains - PTP, RTR, OTC, etc.

•Experienced in handling projected based on different RPA Tools like: Ui-Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Pega, etc.
