We have an opportunity for Electronics Design Engineer to join our Honeywell
Aerospace in Brno. You will become part of our Advanced Tech organization using
applying advanced research methods and tools in order to develop prototypes
advancing expert products within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be responsible
for leading the projects with different complexity within the specific
technical domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Cooperates with the electro-mechanical engineering team.
- Ensures the technical project lead and project team supervision
- Participates in the preparation of new projects
- Cooperates on and coordinates the preparation of plans, defines project milestones, project risks and costs.
- Participates in project research and development activities.
- Develops and applies advanced methodologies and technologies to improve development of electromechanical systems.
- Interprets and presents results of work performed to customers and management. Interacts with the team to anticipate and resolve the project issues and priorities.
- Participates in and defines novel technological concepts to overcome conflicting requirements and challenging technical criteria.
- Participate on definition of tests and acceptance test procedures, and safety & reliability evaluations of electro-mechanical systems.
Key requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or High Voltage Electronics field.
- 6 years minimum working experience related to Electrical Engineering with an overlap with System Engineering.
- Experience with electronics design tools.
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of working on a PC, standard office and communication software
- You must hold EU, US or Canadian citizenship in order to meet applicable Export License conditions for given projects
