POSITION SUMMARY
This is a key sales position. Will develop and manage a portfolio of business client depository relationships, focusing on the sales of treasury management solutions and other related services as appropriate to generate noninterest income for the Bank. Will work with commercial Relationship Managers to expand the depository sides of their relationships by going on joint calls with clients and prospects, and preparing depository and treasury management proposals.
Incumbent will assure compliance with all Bank's compliance requirements and bank policies and procedures.

Follow all policies and procedures
Develop new business with a designated portfolio of business prospects and clients
Work with commercial and Relationship Managers to assure that they have maximized depository/treasury management opportunities with their clients and prospects. This involves joint calls as well as the preparation of sales proposals for those teams
Manage a growing portfolio of treasury management clients
Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
Identify potential new business opportunities and provide the appropriate solutions
Provide efficient and courteous customer service, cross-marketing products and services to generate new business for the bank when appropriate
Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) by assessing customer needs and recommending effective strategies with a cost benefit and risk analysis
Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions
Manage sales process to include proposal and implementation
Proactively prospect for new business and meet established goals for growth and profitability
Promote sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments
Carry out the bank's client retention strategies
Participate in sales, service and product training meetings
Represent the bank in community affairs and civic organizations
Keep work area well organized, neat and clean

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years customer relationship management experience with demonstrated success and goal progression, with proven strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
College degree in business, finance or sufficient related work experience
Excellent sales skills as well as strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the Bank and with prospects/clients, to represent the Bank positively to the public, and to acquire new business from current clients and prospects
Critical thinking skills, must work well under stress and deadlines
Ability to acquire an understanding of BancFirst Treasury products and services
A high degree of client service
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
PREFERRED SKILLS
Minimum of 2 years cash management/treasury service sales experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
