Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SME in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems, with proven leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of DoD Acquisition to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Renowned expertise in system development and acquisition. Operational understanding and recognized technical expertise in ISR systems, with an emphasis on Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), adaptive software, data exploitation, dissemination, interoperability and data fusion.  Extensive experience as senior project manager in developing, integrating and fielding multi-intelligence sensors and data systems.  Experience in developing corporate strategy.  Develops and maintains project and program strategies to achieve objectives directed by division and group management. Prepares and delivers presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and U.S. and allied government representatives.  Produces, reviews substantive and complex documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of areas as identified in the statement of work. Provides technical, analytical and in some cases management support in areas of intelligence and electronic warfare operations where knowledge, skills and abilities are gained primarily through formal education, specialized training, and operational assignments requiring access to sensitive or classified information and systems.  Coordinates technical work across institutional boundaries.  Facilitates collaborative development of complex systems involving multiple agencies and vendors.

Basic Qualifications:    

The SIGINT Subject Matter Expert shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on projects for both customers and the project teams.
  • Provides senior guidance to development teams on technical and programmatic requirements, requirements analysis and derivation tasks.
  • Conducts technical studies, analyses and evaluations to improve organizational knowledge of doctrine, organization effectiveness, training, leadership, contractor personnel status, gaps and advise on viability of alternative approaches.
  • Conducts extensive interaction and maintains working relationships among various representatives of the Intelligence Community.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Shall have any combination of 20 years of SIGINT experience in any of the following SIGINT areas: Systems Engineering, Technical Analysis, Hardware or Software Engineering, Research Scientist or Signals Analysis as it relates

Physical Requirements:

·      Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

·        Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

·        The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

·        Working with Data

·        Move about freely in a laboratory setting

·        Repetitive Motions
