Manage all aspects of business engagements with existing and new customers, channel Sales, provide leadership to Account Managers and Solution Architects for our Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Service (PSS) organization.

You will lead a region with Account Managers for Enterprise Sales and Channel Sales along with Solution architect. Full understanding of the business processes, Geographical coverage, mapping region and accounts, providing leadership to team and ownership of AOP/ Business Objectives/ KRAs for assigned region. Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions at CXO level. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers, Channel Resellers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. This position reports to Country Sales Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and driving AOP plans for assigned REGION along with your team of Account Managers – Enterprise & Channel Sales
  • Mapping Territory and Region for driving SOD
  • Designing and implementing strategy for increased coverage of Key Accounts, Reseller base.
  • Identify Opportunities in Enterprise category customers in verticals like Auto, Electronic Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail, Transport and Logistics, etc
  • Manage and Plan Accounts – Large accounts for farming and growing Honeywell PSS business thru Self and Team involvement
  • Negotiate and Close
  • Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition – Connect at CxO level, articulate Honeywell value proposal. Lead the set of Enterprise call of partners for Solution Sales in AIDC domain.
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
  • Establish Rapport with Customers

Educational Qualification - 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Minimum 10+ years of  experience in the field and related verticals as stated above


  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Understanding of latest IT technologies, especially on the Networking and Edge computing.
  • Domain knowledge of some of the vertical is added advantage –
    • SAP
    • Supply Chain Logistics
    • Manufacturing processes,
    • Etc.
